- Customers with sensitive skin should consult with a dermatologist or doctor before using any of our products. We cannot guarantee that our products will not irritate sensitive skin.
Order Acceptance and Disclaimer:
- Although we strive to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
- Placing an order constitutes your agreement with these terms and conditions.
Product Returns and Exchanges:
- While we take pride in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.
- We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused products within seven days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact at admin@aloevera.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. Additionally, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for products damaged during return shipment.
- To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that you record a video while receiving and unpacking your order. This video will serve as evidence in case, you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery:
- We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or any external factors beyond our control.
- We are also not responsible for any actions or behavior of the delivery personnel.
Product Storage and Shelf Life:
- While we use natural ingredients with a longer shelf life, they may still have limitations.
- Please refer to the expiry date, listed on each product and use it within the specified timeframe.
- Natural products are best stored in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight and heat.
